1. Scope of Service
Webuild.ge provides custom web design and development services. The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, imagery, and information required to complete the project within the agreed timeframe.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All designs, code, and project deliverables remain the intellectual property of Webuild.ge until full settlement of the invoice. Upon final payment, full ownership rights are transferred to the client.
3. Limitation of Liability
Webuild.ge is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered website. All services are provided on an 'as is' basis.
4. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
